During onboarding, you will join the team as a 1099 private contractor, which means filling out a W9 and reporting earnings on your taxes. You will receive automatic bank deposit via my payroll system after each wedding. Pay will increase as your skills and ability to adapt to the MBDN method of shooting do. Pay is based on experience, but content creators start at $20 an hour.

I’m looking for shooters who are creatively driven, quick learners, and adaptable under changing conditions. I depend on my team to be team-oriented, client-focused, detail-oriented, and dependable, with strong time-management skills to ensure smooth, high-quality coverage on wedding days for my clients.
